I decided to start a blog since we are moving

Hello! I guess this is the new in-thing to do, so I will join the crowd on this one. Not a lot of people know that we are moving to New Mexico, so here it is.... we are moving to New Mexico :) I am super excited to be able to move away from the area I grew up in, so that when I feel like not getting dressed up, I won't run into anyone I know (like I do so often) Shawn is going to be a part owner of the New Mexico Costa Vida franchise. Fabulous! Okay, okay, I bet you are wondering about the picture..... well, in case you have never been to NM, this is just a small taste of what it is like down there. The building in the right corner, is yes.... a 24 hour adult porn shop, and the Roman Catholic church decided to add their 2 cents which made for a hilarious photo-op. I could not get the picture of the other billboard, but it said in humungous letters "GOT METH? We make house calls" yeah. I know it is great.

Well, I guess I should tell about what we are up to. I am in the process of creating my own business. I am going to just start selling on ebay from my own store, and I want to branch out and eventually open up my own online store. Shawn just wrote a book. You will be able to create your own meals from it, know what ingredients go best with each other, learn the cooking terms and know exactly what method to use, and be able to look at menus and know what is in restaurant items. Its like a children's picture book for adults. tons of pictures, step-by-step so you know what color, texture, and look your food is supposed to have, so you know you are doing it right. Well, I am going to enjoy my delicious fresh fruit smoothie my mother prepared for me. Chao!
